Every plan includes core analytics, dashboards for teachers and coaches, and privacy-first data handling.
Per-teacher seat tiers
Seat tiers are designed around a typical 20-day school month and roughly 50-minute classes. All tiers include full analytics, transcripts when enabled, diarization, SSO or rostering, and coach and admin dashboards.
Lite
1 recorded class per day, up to 20 classes per active month
For teachers piloting CoGuide Coach with a single section or class period
Standard
2 recorded classes per day, up to 40 classes per active month
For most teachers who want regular coverage of their core classes
Power
3 recorded classes per day, up to 60 classes per active month
For teachers who want coverage for multiple preparations or sections
High-Use
4 recorded classes per day, up to 80 classes per active month
For high-usage teachers or instructional coaches who regularly record multiple classes
If a teacher or school records beyond their included classes, overage is billed at $0.50 per additional class of up to 60 minutes.
School-wide bundles
School bundles wrap the same features into predictable monthly pricing per campus. These examples assume Standard-level usage at about 2 recorded classes per teacher per day.
